Throughout its history, Plast-Box has undergone numerous transformations. The removals, change of the legal status, numerous investments, orientation towards constant development and broadening of the offer enabled a small private firm, founded in 1983, to become one of the leaders of the plastic processing industry on the Polish market.
Each of the stages of the company's evolution has contributed to its present position and a variety of factors have added to its success. Our achievements seem particularly impressive in the light of the fact that it was only in 1997 that the period of removals, transformations and adaptations was over.

| Towards the end of 2003, Plast-Box began the legal proceedings to enter the stock exchange. The bourse debut took place on 27 February 2004 and proved to be an immediate success. By becoming a joint-stock company, Plast-Box opened a new period of its pursuit of excellence. |
